Afra Office

The »Afra Building« was a 15-year-old office unit with an approximate area of 60 square meters that had remained unused over the years. Based on the client’s decision to reactivate the space, the design and construction approach aimed to achieve maximum transformation aligned with new functional requirements while maintaining minimal cost. Accordingly, the demolition and reconstruction of ceilings and floors, the provision of necessary furniture, and spatial modifications such as relocating bathroom partitions constituted the main interventions of the renovation project.
